Policies and Terms

Our policy is to provide first quality, timely services to our customers.  In order to do that, you must understand that we must be allowed a reasonable amount of time to prepare and produce products of such top quality.  We take great pride in giving our customers the quality they are seeking.

We will take full responsibility for any errors on our part.

Any customer errors or change in orders which have already been completed, will incur a fee for materials and labor spent on the initial product completion.  Therefore, it is imperative that you review your order at the time of ordering, and make all necessary changes.  We may allow you to make changes if the order has not been completed.

We are asking that you place your orders enough in advance to allow for production, packaging, and delivery time to your destination.  Orders are normally shipped within 7 to 10 business days.

There will be an additional charge for any rush orders or special handling.

There is also an additional charge for custom products and services.

We encourage our customers to inform us of any errors on our part, and we will resolve the problem immediately, or as soon as possible.

We will make every effort to keep you, the customer, happy, because we would like for you to feel good about referring anyone else to us.
